Biography
Cassie (Cassandra) Lee lives with her family in Leaside. In her younger years, she played soccer with the Leaside East Toronto Soccer Club. For the past several years, Cassie has trained as a Rhythmic Gymnast with the East York/Manjaks Gymnastic Club. Cassie has been on the Canadian National Team since 2019 to the present time. She competed at the inaugural Junior World Championships in 2019 where she was Canada’s top finisher. She competed at the 2021 and 2023 World Championships and multiple other prestigious international competitions. Cassie represented Canada at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics when the team placed 5th. A few weeks ago, Cassie now almost 19 years of age, left Toronto for her first year at the University of Iowa where she will represent the Iowa Hawkeyes.
